Our Story
Jaymie and Robbie were both born and raised in the little town of Brinston, Ontario. The pair have cherished their time spent at their families’ dairy farms, and value “the live off the land” lifestyle passed down to them.
The couple’s path to becoming small scale biodynamic vegetable farmers differ. Jaymie left her family farm to pursue a career in Social Work, and Robbie furthered his skills as a mechanic by working on farm equipment.
The call to return to their roots grew over time, and their kinship allowed it to become a reality. A lack of access to familial land and resources, made them believe full-time farming was out of reach for them. The pursuit and desire to create a farm of their own transformed into a passion for farming in a fashion that goes hand- in -hand with their morals and core values:
