This has been a wonderful experience meeting very committed young farmers doing a ‘bang-up’ job in sustainable agriculture. Pesticide free veggies fresh each week, clean and ready to enjoy. Come on in and meet the neighbours and the happy-go-cluckie chickens every week. Very well organized and well run by friendly and knowledgeable people.

Rutabaga Ranch is my new favorite organic farm, between the care compassion and joy the team brings to the feilds can be tasted in the phenomenal organic produce they provide to the community! Worth every penny and such a beautiful drive/property ♡

I am so happy I signed up for a harvest box with the Rutabaga Ranch! The veggies are delicious and taste like nothing else. These are the veggies I wish I could grow in my own garden and fail miserably at every year. The convenience of the weekly pickup, the great variety offered, and the option to add eggs or fresh cut flowers all make this the right box for me!

I am so happy that I purchased a share. I have been a member of 2 other programs, and this one was different. It only took the first week, for me to realize the way they stood there and bagged the produce was good. If you live any where close and you don’t sign up, you are missing out! The vegetables taste great and packed full of nutrients. And Jamie and her family are great people.

The team at Rutabaga Ranch are a collective of genuine souls who even after a wickedly early start working the earth are still full of smiles and joyful banter come afternoon. The care and work they put into their farm and community is reflected in the gorgeous (and delicious!) yields from Kirker Avenue. Receiving my Harvest Box every week assured my refrigerator and meals were absolutely lush and overflowing with vegetation. I can only recommend making RR a part of your every day.

Jaymie and her crew at Rutabaga give a whole new experience to fresh veggies. You get to try new and different veggies that you may not normally buy along with the staples that you love! The flow of pickup makes everything easy and efficient when you go to get your weekly vegetables. The farm stand is another great feature that allows you to pick and choose your favourites and it is always stocked! Don’t forget to grab fresh eggs, honey and even flowers when you stop. Jaymie isn’t your average vegetable farmer. She goes above and beyond which is evident in the quality of her products.

Every day started the same, a cup of coffee and a look on Instagram, to see what rutabaga ranch was up too. Always entertaining and informative about what is to come on Tuesday pick up And being met with a smile when getting the weekly basket enhances the taste of the vegetables, especially the Kale! 😀
